  • What documents are required to request a withdrawal?

    You can verify your account with the following documents:

    – Photo from INE, IFE or passport to validate identity, driver’s license is not valid.

    – Receipt of services for no more than 3 months to validate the residence in case the INE does not contain the residence address.

    The documents must be sent to help@instabet.mx. The waiting time for document review is 24 hours.

    Some requirements we need for the documents are:
    – The images must be taken without flash because the light can cover important details of the document.
    – The 4 corners of the INE or IFE must be visible.
    – Only color photographs will be accepted, black and white documents are not valid.
    – We accept scanned images if all the information is visible and understandable.

  • What are InstaBET’s wagering limits?

    Minimum bets are $20 through our online bookmaker and $25 by phone.

    Maximum bets are $44,000 MXN through our online bookmaker and are limited only by the money in your phone bill.

    The maximum payout for any single bet is $750,000 and the maximum for any multiple bet is $1,900,000

  • I’ve lost my password. How do I retrieve it?

    If you have forgotten your password, you can quickly reset it.

    Click the login link at the top of the website, followed by the “Forgot your password?

     2. Enter the email associated with your InstaBET account and click the reset password button.

    3.  An email with a link to reset your password will be sent to your inbox.

    4. Click the link and follow the instructions to set your new password. Remember to check your junk mail. If you do not receive our email, please contact one of our customer service representatives who will be happy to help you recover your password.

    You can change your password from the “My Account” menu:

    1. After logging in to your account, look for the “My Account” icon in the top menu of the screen.

    2. Select the “My Account” option.

    3. Change your password by entering your old password once and the new one twice to confirm it.

    4. Click “Save changes“.

    5. Your password will be changed and an email will be sent to your registered email address to confirm the password change.

    IMPORTANT Tip: Passwords on InstaBET must contain:

    – a minimum of 1 lower case letter [a-z] and

    – a minimum of 1 capital letter [A-Z] and

    – a minimum of 1 numeric character [0-9] and

    – a minimum of 1 special character: ~`!@#$%^&*()-_+={}[]|\;:”<>,.

    – Passwords must be at least 8 characters long.

  • How do I collect my winnings?
    You can request a payout online at any time.
    • Log in to InstaBET.mx, click on “deposit”, select the “payout” option, and follow the easy instructions. We ONLY process payouts Monday thru Friday, and unlike the industry standard, you can get your payouts approved and sent within 48 hours
    • Please allow 48 business hours for your payout request to be reviewed.
    • Payouts are reviewed and processed Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 2 PM ET, with the exception of holidays. Important: Please note that Identity Verification and other documentation often are required. Payout requests will not be completed until all requested documentation has been submitted, received, and approved by InstaBET staff.
    • Upon approval, and depending on the payout method you’ve requested, your payout may take a few hours (Bitcoin) to a few days (for transactions involving banking entities). Feel free to ask our customer service department for additional information regarding time frames for different payout methods.
    • When you request a payout, simply complete the SMS account verification process. Some clients may be required to email a copy of a valid photo ID and copies of the front and back of each card used.

  • How to request a withdrawal

    Requesting a withdrawal is quick and easy, follow these steps to get your winnings :

    1. Log in to your Instabet account.
    2. For Mobile: Click the expand menu button at the top left, and select “Cashier“.
    3. For Desktop: Click the “Cashier” button at the top of the page.
    4. The cashier will load, once there, select “Payout” and your desired method.
    5. At this point you will be presented with phone verification pop-up.
    6. Check that the registered phone number is correct.
    7. Click on ‘Send code to…‘ button
    8. We will send a verification code to your phone.
    9. Enter the 4 digit code.
    10. Once your account is verified and your deposit bonus rollover is met, your payout will be processed.

    In certain cases, we may required further documentation to verify accounts. Examples of these documents may be:  identity documents, utility bills or card copies and/or bank statements.

    All withdrawals are processed on a first come, first serve basis. We strive to approve all payouts within 48 hours of the request being made. Once your payout is approved it may take a few hours to a few days for the funds to arrive at your chosen method. Payouts requested after 2pm EST will be reviewed the following day. Payouts are sent during regular banking hours.
