Todito Cash: Troubleshooting declined deposits

Here are some of the reasons why your Todito Cash deposit could be rejected:

  • Invalid PIN. The PIN is the personal identification number of each account or card. In the case of cards, the PIN is on the back of the card and can be seen after scratching it.
  • The information entered is incorrect. Please recheck the information and try again.
  • There are insufficient funds on the card. Check your balance and try again.
  • Try depositing a smaller amount. Todito Cash usually charges a small fee for online transactions.
  • Connectivity problems. Try again later.

If the problem persists, you can use other deposit methods available in our Cashier.
